Common errors

No instance called X: the instance name is wrong; use one from the context. No tool called X: search again, or the tool is not part of this instance's integration. Ambiguous tool name: two integrations share the operationId; pass the instance or the canonical name. HTTP errors from the instance are passed through with the status code; secrets in responses are removed before you see them.
